A transgender woman convicted of murdering an infant filed a handwritten lawsuit against President Trump, claiming that his “transphobic hate speech” promoted repeated cases of sexual assaults endured in all male prisons in Indiana.
Fall Cordelione, also known as Jonathan C. Richardson, claimed that the president’s “extremist rhetoric” had ravaged her assailants in January to rape her by attacking her violently and immediately after she was transferred from custody to Westville Correctional Facility from custody to sentence her to 55 years in prison.

Cordellionè is seeking $3.5 million in damages from the commander.
“President Trump has vowed to protect biological women from gender ideological extremism and restore biological truth to the federal government,” a White House spokesman told the post when asked to comment on the lawsuit.
The Indiana Department of Corrections did not comment on whether Coldelione was kicked out of custody under Trump’s executive order, requiring federal prisoners to units based on biological sex.
Cordellionè allegedly claimed that a prison employee, also named in the lawsuit, dismissed allegations of sexual assault.
The convicted baby strangler also claimed that her assailant mentioned Trump when she attacked her.
“Now, President Trump, and we are not even struggling to push you down,” Cordelione wrote in her complaint.

“We are patriots and even if you tell us, Trump will forgive us and probably give us a medal.”
According to court documents, Cordellionè was told that a “gang-affiliated inmate” stabbed her and sexually assaulted her for four days.
She also alleged that the 8th right to amend the cruel and unusual punishment was violated.
Convicted of reckless murder for strangled her 11-month-old stepdaughter in 2001, Cordeliano made the headline in February 2024 when she sued an Indian prison pastor for refusing to wear a hijab before refusing to identify as a transgender woman.
