Saskatchewan truck driver Chris Barber took him to X on Friday. Photos have been posted “Big Red,” his 2003 Kenworth W900LR. So he reminded me of Canada’s upcoming federal elections on April 28th.
“This is my living, the earner who has fed my family for years, and the Crown is trying to destroy my life and future as we have taken a stance against tyranny.
The fleet is the biggest peaceful protest in Canadian history, and these cases now hold the title of mischievous trials in the history of the nation.
As one of the faces of Freedom Convoy in 2022, the largest and most effective populist uprising in recent history, Barber has been subject to three years of vicious law from the liberal-controlled Canadian government.
And now we want to take the “Big Red,” which is the same government, which has become a symbol of the fleet.
The truck stops here
On Thursday, April 3rd, in court in Ottawa, Barber and another prominent convoy protester Tamara Rich, Alberta’s grandmother and musician Tamara Rich.
Ontario Court Judge Heather Perkins-Mcvey has finalized the many charges stemming from the three-week protests in February 2022.
Perkins-Mcvey acknowledged the peaceful nature of the protest in her ruling, despite more than 45 days of government testimony spread over 20 months at the Kafka-style show trial, where the government discussed the details of Tiktok’s videos and the meaning of slogans such as keeping the line.
Court-approved “mystery”
This overall situation is from a record book. The fleet is the biggest peaceful protest in Canadian history, and these cases now hold the title of mischievous trials in the history of the nation.
Prosecutors failed to convince Perkins McVay of most of their cases against Rich and Barber, who were found not to be intimidating, along with other fraudulent and false accusations.
However, Rich and the barber find themselves guilty of mischief, and Barber is further found guilty of violating court orders regarding the truck driver’s air horn cries. Barber made a video telling his followers to reject the order and ring the corner only if their trucks were approached by a large group of police officers. This context did not move Perkins-Mcvey.
The problem with mischief as a criminal charge in Canada is that it is a “property” crime and a conviction could land in prison for up to 10 years.
What was the property here? Public property on Ottawa streets.
Hamas exception
In a very unique part of the ruling, McVey argues that the use of the streets was given priority to the enjoyment of the public over the right to protest. It should be noted that since the tragic events in Israel in October 2023, Hamas supporters have protested weekly by the government and have not been accused of disrupting the enjoyment of those streets.
At the end of the sentence, Judge Perkins McVay attempted to issue the sentence the following day, but was set to set a different date at a later date on the prosecutor’s objection.
Prosecutors wanted time to gather more victim impact statements, like three years of hearing from Ottawa bureaucrats about a three-year hearing about a three-year hearing. Phantom Horn It wasn’t enough to put all of them together. Maybe they needed to hear the cry again. Just in case someone forgets.
“Red” notification
On April 16th, we discovered the punishment that the crown was two years for Rich and the barber. And with a request that is clearly vindictive and requires its own essay to unpack, the crown is about to seize the “big red.”
The Barber rig led the Western Canadian convoy to Ottawa, becoming a symbol of Freedom Convoy, featured in thousands of photos, videos and memes. Barber has owned and operated the truck since 2003, carrying 3.4 million kilometers (approximately 2.1 million miles), carrying heavy agricultural equipment primarily throughout his hometown of Saskatchewan, picking up new equipment from American factories for its customers.
For 22 years, Barber owned and operated that truck, and he raised his children on too many trips to count his children, and as his dog companions approached the end of his life, the poor old dog was placed while lying in the passenger seat: a favorite place for Buddy.
A mischievous conviction may prevent the barber from returning to the United States to serve his clients.
New low
What kind of justice has helped this move by the Canadian government? In the hundreds of other convoy protesters, many remained ongoing, and the government never asked anyone to seize anyone’s property.
Perhaps the authorities did enough during the protest itself, but they frozen the bank accounts of hundreds of people, and also shut down what happened to Barber completely from their financial lives. The bank’s actions were so comprehensive that a driver who worked for a small company in Barbour called him when the bank freeze began.
The government appears to be trying to send a message to all Canadians that their objections are not tolerated at all, and contrary to the government’s dictattack, authorities will crush you, your family and your own business.
Barack Obama famously dismissed the efforts of American business owners in his comment, “You didn’t build it.” The Canadian government appears to be built on Obama’s attitude under Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party, which has left just recently.
He made it
It doesn’t matter if Chris Barber made anything. Don’t worry about the time, blood, sweat and sacrifice he put in a successful little trucking company. Our leader can remove it all with a pen swipe.
It’s truly grossly evil and has never seen a free country before.
A barber’s lawyer has it Applied for a stay in the lawsuit. It’s a rather long shot, but if accepted, the total abuse and inheritance of this state power’s whimsical message will be halted.
Meanwhile, in a video of Tiktok thanking his supporters, Barber paid tribute to “Big Red:”.
To be precise, I bought this truck the latest one on November 26, 2003, but as of today I have 3.4 million kilometres on this truck. I raised my kids on this truck. I did a truck all over North America with this bad boy. That’s part of me. As a toddler, Jonathan even has a small foot mark in the car seat kicking a dash with a small winter boot.
