A hint as to why the giant who handed over Chedure Sanders is beginning to drip.
in Podcasts appear on Thursday nightRinger Todd McShay revealed that Giants Brass didn’t get the best pre-draft impression from Sanders.
“Chedur didn’t have a great interview with Brian Dabor on his private visit,” McShey said.
“The installation package has arrived. There was no preparation. [He] I was called to that. I didn’t like that. Brian wasn’t grateful that he didn’t like it. ”
NFL sources had similar feelings for Ryan Dunleavy in the post after Round 1.
“Sanders’ slips stem from both the flaws in his game and the rude attitude he showed during the pre-draft process,” reported Dunleavy.
Once considered the No. 1 overall pick, Sanders fell from the first three rounds after 32 teams handed him over the first two days of the draft.
Instead of taking a Colorado quarterback, the Giants chose to use their third pick at Abdul Carter in the Path Rush, Pennsylvania.
The franchise later traded to 25th place and snubbed Ole Miss Signal Cara’s Jackson Dirt again.
When asked about McShay’s report at a press conference on Friday, Daboll brushed off Sanders’ questions.
“I think we had a good meeting with all those who came here on 30 visits,” Dabor said. “The quarterback meeting is productive and I am pleased with (quarterback) Jackson (DART).
“We met some quarterbacks there. We met with a variety of people. You can go ahead of the combination and see them doing some different things.
Giants general manager Joe Shane also did not address Sanders in particular when asked after the team selected Darius Alexander in the third round.
“I’m not going to go in. This is Darius’ press conference and the Giants in New York, so I can talk about it if you want, but I don’t want to talk about other players,” he said when asked about Sanders.
