“Unfortunately, there are people at my party who think that curses and loud people are desperate to listen. No, people are listening to intellectual conversations. Our party, and I need to reset this time and time on your show. We need to go back to the basics. “We need to go back to John F. Kennedy’s politics about unity, about making sure there is economic growth and national security.”
“I don’t even think Trump is doing that job,” Aristimno continued. “I think Democrats are doing really bad things, so the contrast is very, very clear. I believe they continue to believe Democrats have better ideas when it comes to the economy, but we’re not saying them.”
