A Milwaukee judge was arrested Friday for allegedly hiding illegal immigrants who had been previously deported in her ju jury room.
The notice posted to the door of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan’s courtroom dated April 14th, four days before she allegedly helped Eduardo Flores Lewis, an illegal immigrant, his lawyer left the court to avoid ice agents.
The notice states, “Note – if a lawyer, witness coordinator, or other court official feels unsafe or trusts to come to court, please inform the branch 31 store clerk to request the appearance of the court via Zoom.”
According to criminal charges, Dugan was arrested and charged with obstructing the official case after evidence was revealed that official proceedings protected the shield from ice agents. She was also accused of hiding an individual to prevent discovery and arrest.

Federal agents of the ICE, FBI, CBP and DEA attempted to arrest Flores Lewis, an undocumented Mexican national, after facing three misdemeanor battery charges allegedly smashing two people on April 18 following a scheduled criminal court appearance before Dugan.
The Wisconsin judge’s arrest was blown up by Democrats who previously claimed “no one has surpassed the law” in Trump’s case.
Dugan demanded that officers proceed to the Supreme Court’s office – after the hearing was over, he drove out the door of the ju judge who escorted Flores Lewis and his lawyers, and detoured the public areas where agents were waiting for him to avoid arrest in accordance with the complaints.

Dugan was taken into custody by the FBI on Friday morning, according to former US s spokesman Brady McCarron. She was released from custody after a temporary appearance in federal court in Milwaukee later Friday.

Dugan has not overseen any case and the reserve judge has taken over her case while her own case is unfolding.
