Accused stalker arrested for murdering his ex after her toddler was spotted covered in blood: cops

Authorities say the accused stalker has been charged with murdering his ex-girlfriend after he finds himself wandering down a bloody street with his 3-year-old daughter, the murdered mom.

Joy Chandra Nass, 29, was charged with two-degree murder, even after stabbing Maria Camilla Garcia Molina, 24, several times in the neck, torso and arm. The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said.

Mom’s body was found in her car after her young daughter was found wandering around the parking lot of a residential apartment on Saturday afternoon.

The toddler had dry blood on his face and clothes. And then she told the policeman that her mom, along with a man named “Joy,” said she was “hitting her head and now she was asleep.” According to arrest reports obtained by CBS Miami.

Garcia Molina’s body was found to be covered with blankets on the rear floorboards of the car.

Maria Camila Garcia Molina was found in a vehicle with multiple stab wounds.

The young mother had already issued restraining orders against Nasu and accused him of stalking her, the outlet said.

He also confronted Garcia Molina and her new boyfriend on Friday night at the local mall, according to a police report obtained by the outlet.

According to the report, Purge waived his rights to his lawyers and provided a recorded statement that he spent time with his young mother and daughter earlier in the day.

A search for his car revealed that Garcia Molina’s belongings, including her wallet, cell phone and several forms of ID.

Cell phone data shows she traveled from her apartment to Nasu’s residence, then returned to where her body was found, the outlet reports.

Nass was denied bail for his arrest Monday, court records show.
