Reporter Reveals Rubio’s New Role to State Spokesperson in Dramatic Briefing!

Reporter informs State spokesperson of Rubio's new role during briefing

The reporter informed a State Department spokesperson. During Thursday’s briefing, it was announced that President Trump had selected Secretary of State Marco Rubio for a new position.

Reporters shared Trump’s announcements on True Society, stating that he appointed Mike Waltz, the national security advisor, as the new UN ambassador, while also assigning Rubio an advisory role temporarily alongside his duties at the State Department.

When inquired about the duration of Rubio’s service in this role, State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce replied, “It’s evident that you’ve just received this information from you.”

“Magic – I possess some knowledge regarding the potential occurrences that might transpire,” Bruce remarked. “It’s prudent not to jump ahead by making assumptions or speculating on future events. Having a broad understanding of what might be possible is usually attainable.”

Trump’s announcement follows shortly after the White House marked his 100-day milestone, representing the initial significant reforms of his second term.

This shift occurs after Waltz was involved in a controversy regarding a chat where senior national security and defense officials discussed a military operation in Yemen. He reportedly inadvertently invited Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg into the conversation.

“I am delighted to declare my intention to nominate Mike Waltz as the upcoming US ambassador to the United Nations. In my battlefield attire, Congress attire, and as my national security advisor, Mike Waltz is diligently prioritizing our nation’s interests. The true society.

“Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio will maintain his robust leadership within the State Department while also acting as national security advisor,” Trump further stated.

On Thursday, Bruce commended the “marvel of modern technology and social media” that allows Trump’s True Society to disseminate news during briefings. She also conveyed confidence in her ability to embrace new responsibilities, noting that Rubio “has worn multiple hats” in his role as head of the State Department.

Waltz will need to be confirmed for the UN position, initially nominated by Trump to Rep. Elise Stefanik (RN.Y.). The president has delayed the nomination in anticipation of a vital vote amid the slim GOP majority in the House.
