Kursk Governor Alexander Khinshtein stated that two people sustained injuries during the attack, which impacted two substations and damaged two transformers, resulting in a loss of power.

The Ukrainian army claimed that its forces had attacked Russian drone headquarters close to Tiotkino on Sunday. Russia reported that a Ukrainian strike in the border area near the Smie region had resulted in three fatalities. On Monday, Ukrainian prosecutors stated that Russian troops conducted fired and guided bomb attacks in two settlements near the Smie region, which left three residents dead and four others injured.
