Federal prosecutors have refiled charges against the Alexander brothers in connection with a sophisticated sex trafficking operation involving three affluent Miami businessmen who were arrested back in December. The new indictment includes additional allegations and more victims, claiming that Aron, Oren, and Tall Alexander conspired to exploit vulnerable women and minors through coercive means.
The charges now encompass conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking, multiple counts of trafficking involving force, fraud, or coercion, alongside incentives for unlawful sexual activities. Notably, it is alleged that the brothers have exploited at least five adult victims, with Aron and Taru facing extra charges for trafficking minors.
Tall Alexander is individually listed in five of the nine counts against them, encompassing allegations of minor trafficking, drug-related offenses, forced interstate transport, and maintaining explicit images without consent. If found guilty, the brothers could be looking at decades of imprisonment in federal prison. The refreshed indictment also enables federal prosecutors to gather further evidence and possibly add more charges.
Details reveal that the brothers have leveraged their wealth and influence to lure women to nightclubs and parties, subsequently drugging and assaulting them. Their trial is slated for January 5, 2026, with a hearing scheduled for July 15, 2025.
They co-founded a real estate company that reportedly offered luxurious listings across various major cities, boasting previous high-profile clients such as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, as highlighted by CBS News. Lawyers for the Alexander brothers have been approached for comments on this ongoing situation.
