Democrats’ actions with migrants show once more that they believe they are above the law

Democrats nationwide are encountering significant hurdles as they continue to assert that their actions are lawful.

For instance, the Delaney Hall Detention Center in New Jersey holds individuals accused of serious crimes, including rape and murder. In a recent incident, McIver attempted to get inside and sparked a heated exchange with an ICE agent.

Additionally, Newark’s Mayor Las Baraka joined the protest.

This past weekend, Menendez was in a bit of chaos while dealing with an immigration enforcement officer and his team.

There’s a sentiment that those who cross borders illegally—criminals, as some see them—will never leave and are somewhat entitled to taxpayer support.

Democrats, it seems, can step in whenever they choose, but often there’s little to show for their efforts, or they face accusations of fascism.

This philosophy—that laws apply selectively—was glaringly evident when Massachusetts Assemblyman Ether Haxiaji reportedly confronted an ICE officer, provoking violent reactions.

A video surfaced showing a crowd of around 25 people passionately protesting an ICE arrest in Massachusetts, which police described as a confusing incident.

Local school board candidate Ashley Spring was present during the protests and is now facing multiple charges.

Since January 6, we’ve been led to believe that harming police officers constitutes a riot. It raises questions about whether this principle applies equally to everyone.

Ultimately, it seems that Democrats are increasingly stepping into a role where they disregard the law concerning immigration and border issues. The puzzling part is why they believe Americans are not paying attention.
