The 2024 season didn’t bode well for the Dallas Cowboys.
Mike McCarthy’s squad struggled to find their rhythm, wrapping up the year with a disappointing seven wins and ten losses. A notable five-game winning streak from mid-October to mid-November didn’t help much.
So, Jerry Jones decided it was time for a change.
First, he let McCarthy go after five seasons at the helm. In his place, they brought in the inexperienced offensive coordinator, Brian Schottenheimer.
“I know Shottee is familiar with these players,” Jones said during Schottenheimer’s introductory press conference in January. “This is quite a risk. A huge one, really. He has no head coaching experience.”
Schottenheimer now has the responsibility of working with franchise quarterback Dak Prescott, star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, and standout return specialist Kavontae Turpin, along with the talented roster that includes new acquisitions like George Pickens, Joe Milton III, and Javonte Williams.
Now the expectation is pretty clear: they need to win.
But the journey won’t be straightforward for Dak and the team. Challenging home games await, featuring the formidable Green Bay Packers on September 28, the Washington Commanders on October 19, Super Bowl Champs Philadelphia Eagles on November 23, and the AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs on November 27.

This season, there are plenty of ways to catch the Cowboys’ games from the comfort of home.
