Road Rage Incident in Boston

In Boston, a video captured a Road Rage suspect aggressively smashing the windows of a vehicle involved in a crash. This incident took place late Friday night at around 11:40 PM on Commonwealth Avenue, in the Brighton area.

The victim expressed confusion after the crash but recalled that the suspect approached and began to destroy his car’s windows. Reportedly, the suspect had chased the victim in a gray pickup truck, leading to the crash before he exited the vehicle and used a hatchet to attack.

Authorities indicated that the suspect fled the scene on Babcock Street heading towards Brookline.

Details of the Incident

A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim had been driving a Toyota Prius at high speed when he veered into a tree, causing significant damage and deploying the airbags. The Prius driver mentioned that the pickup truck had chased him off the road.

Witnesses reported seeing the suspect in pursuit of the victim wielding a hatchet. One witness even provided video evidence to the police, showing the suspect repeatedly striking the victim’s car.

As a result of the crash, the victim suffered a hand injury and received treatment at the location, although he declined transport to a hospital.

On Sunday, the Boston Police released a statement requesting assistance in identifying the suspect, sharing a photograph and encouraging anyone with information to reach out.

Witnesses described the suspect as a white male, around 25 years old, with a slight build, medium brown hair, and facial hair. He was seen wearing blue jeans, brown sneakers, and a white T-shirt.
