Whoopi Goldberg Critiques Trump on “The View”

During a segment on ABC’s “The View” this Thursday, Whoopi Goldberg remarked that President Donald Trump “blatantly” flipped off the nation by accepting a $400 million aircraft from Qatar.

Holding up a copy of the Constitution, she stated, “We all know this is nonsense. He’s not donating it to the Presidential Library. He’s going to fly it, but he’s not allowed to have it. The Constitution is here.”

Goldberg went on to express her frustration: “People often want to show respect and discuss topics thoughtfully. Sure, we can manage that. But when you’re so overtly giving the country the middle finger, it’s evident. That’s just not how it’s supposed to work.”

Co-host Joy Behar chimed in, questioning, “When he insists on bringing in those white Africans, isn’t that a slap in the face to the black community? Shouldn’t we reflect on that?”

Goldberg responded, “I don’t think so, and here’s why.”

Behar pressed, “Why?”

Goldberg explained, “Because that finger hasn’t ever dropped.”

Behar added, “That may be true, but it’s still quite costly.”
