Snack Wraps Are Back at McDonald’s
The wait is finally over. McDonald’s has announced that snack wraps will be returning to its menu nationwide, starting on Thursday, July 10th.
These snack wraps feature the new MacCrispy strips, accompanied by crispy lettuce and cheese, all neatly wrapped in soft flour tortillas.
For devoted fans, there are two flavor options to choose from:
- Spicy: The Habanero Kick snack wrap is bold and packed with the familiar spicy taste from the MacCrispy sandwich.
- Ranch: This option offers a smooth ranch flavor with refreshing hints of garlic and onion.
You can also enjoy the snack wraps as part of a combo meal, which includes two wraps, medium fries, and your choice of drink.
To celebrate this return, McDonald’s has launched Snackwrapfiles.com, a site that highlights fan involvement with snack wraps and encourages sharing stories and ideas.
McDonald’s aims to keep the site updated with fan-inspired posts and potential new products, keeping the excitement around snack wraps alive.
Snack wraps were removed from the menu back in 2016 but remained a beloved item among fans. In fact, the passionate demand from customers through social media and petitions played a role in bringing them back.
Interestingly, the announcement comes just a day after Popeyes revealed it would be adding a chicken wrap to its offerings.
Last April, McDonald’s introduced the MacCrispy strip, with President Joe Arlinger hinting that a snack wrap featuring it would eventually make its way onto the menu.
