A recent incident in North Carolina has attracted attention after a man allegedly attempted to collide his car head-on with another vehicle while his wife was inside. This was captured on a dash cam, showing Andersen Singleton and his wife slamming into another car that had two passengers.

The collision occurred around 6:55 am on Saturday, as confirmed by Raleigh Police. The footage reveals a shocking moment where Singleton’s car hit the other vehicle, suggesting a deliberate act rather than a mere accident.

Fortunately, it appears that none of the passengers suffered serious injuries, though both Singleton and the occupants of the other car managed to escape with minor discomfort.

Identified in the other vehicle were Candida Montero Valdiviezo and Nelson Perez Lopez, both from Selma. Nearby, a bystander named Jorge Bravo, who recorded the troubling incident, rushed to assist the injured.

Interestingly, Singleton reportedly admitted to Bravo that the crash was intentional. He claimed, “I was trying to kill my wife and myself. We were fighting each other.” That’s quite a chilling statement, isn’t it? Bravo noted the seriousness of the situation, saying, “We are definitely in the mental ward.”

Afterward, Bravo found himself helping the injured, including a woman who had fallen through the passenger’s door. He provided assistance until medics arrived on the scene.

As of now, Singleton is facing serious charges, including two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, reckless driving, and domestic violence-related offenses among others. His bond was denied during a recent hearing, adding to the gravity of the situation.
