Don Lemon and Kathy Griffin Discuss Election Concerns
On a recent episode of the “Don Lemon Show,” former CNN host Don Lemon and comedian Kathy Griffin shared concerns about the upcoming 2024 election, expressing the sentiment that something feels “off.” Griffin, referring to her musings as her “Tin Foil Hat Moment,” noted that her views might not align perfectly with some on the left.
“I’m Kathy Griffin, and I don’t think Trump won in a fair election,” she stated. “I sense there was some kind of tampering involved. I’m not sure if it’s connected to Elon Musk or maybe some familiar faces from the South.”
Lemon didn’t directly endorse her claims regarding the election but acknowledged that he shared some skepticism. “You’re not far off,” he said, adding, “I’m someone who prefers to see actual proof. Something feels wrong. How do we really know?”
Griffin responded dramatically, suggesting that the 2024 election could be the last. “Imagine a future where it’s just vote for me, and you won’t need to vote again,” she remarked. Lemon replied with a twist of humor, pointing out that every charge often feels like a confession.
This kind of conversation isn’t entirely new, as Griffin has had her share of controversies, notably since her infamous 2017 photo with a mock bloody Trump head, which sparked significant backlash and a secret service inquiry.
Interestingly, Griffin’s assertions seem to echo sentiments from others as well, like actress Rosie O’Donnell, who questioned the legitimacy of Trump’s 2024 victory. She pointed out that for the first time, a president won all swing states, and mentioned the suspicious ties between Trump and key figures in digital media.
