John Cusack Claims 'ICE Acts Like Nazis for Trump': 'Completely Lawless'

John Cusack Criticizes Trump Administration’s Immigration Policies

Actor John Cusack has made strong comments about President Donald Trump, his senior adviser Stephen Miller, and immigration enforcement agents, likening their actions to those of “Nazis.” He accused Trump officials of “terrorizing non-white” communities, claiming that agents from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) are targeting legal immigrants in public spaces like schools.

In a post on social media, Cusack stated, “The ICE agents, who operate under Trump and Miller, are effectively terrorizing legal immigrants. It feels like pure Nazi lawlessness.” His remarks continued, criticizing the administration for not arresting real criminals while allegedly instilling fear in immigrant communities.

This weekend, protests against ICE erupted in Los Angeles, spurred by federal immigration actions. Reports indicate that some demonstrators threw eggs and shouted to alert others about upcoming raids. Video footage captured law enforcement facing off with protesters, some of whom blocked roads and directed their anger towards police vehicles. At one point, a car in the middle of the street was seen on fire.

According to news reports, more than 40 arrests were made during these protests, which upset local officials and immigration advocacy groups. The situation escalated further as the president ordered 2,000 National Guard troops to the region, an action that many Democrats criticized as an intimidation tactic.

Critics argue that the deployment wasn’t due to a shortage of law enforcement but rather a desire for dramatic effects during these operations.
