Though El Moussa hasn’t directly addressed the situation publicly, his wife, Heather, shared highlights of their weekend in Las Vegas on social media. She expressed her pride in seeing Tarek take the stage, noting it was a special trip for their parents as well. The couple married in 2021 and co-parents with Tarek’s ex-wife, Christina Haack, with whom he shares two children. They’re also set to appear together on an upcoming HGTV show called “The Flip Off.”
El Moussa has opened up about his past health struggles, battling two types of cancer in his early 30s. He described the experience as terrifying, emphasizing how it made him appreciate life more deeply. He revealed that his biggest fear wasn’t just facing cancer, but the thought of not being there for his young daughter, Taylor. In 2019, he announced that he was cancer-free after dealing with thyroid and testicular cancer, which had been diagnosed after fans noticed a lump in his neck during a show.
