Georgia teenager Sarah Grace Patrick, charged with murdering her mother and stepfather, shared TikTok videos seeking sympathy and requested a true crime influencer to highlight her parents' murder.

A Georgia teenager is under suspicion after allegedly killing both of her sleeping parents. In a bizarre twist, Sarah Grace Patrick, 17, posted a TikTok video searching for sympathy and even attempted to get a true crime TikToker to investigate the murders before her arrest.

On February 20, Patrick killed her mother, Kristen Brock, 41, and stepfather, James Brock, who was 45. Following the incident, she shared several TikTok posts expressing her grief and asking for “prayers for healing.” It was documented that she created these videos only days after the crime.

In one of the clips, the then 16-year-old included a text overlay, stating, “If you ask about Mom and Stepdad, I think I’ll miss them so much.”

She later expressed her feelings that her life felt like an “endless horror movie,” stating she felt “very sick at home” and mentioned missing her parents.

Patrick captioned one of her videos, “I’ll delete it later,” suggesting a fleeting impulse to share her grief.

The local sheriff’s office confirmed they were aware of Patrick’s TikTok account, which has since been taken down.

In a puzzling turn of events, a true crime TikToker claimed Patrick reached out to her to cover the deaths of her parents. In a video, the TikToker questioned why Patrick would want her to feature a case in which she was arrested for murder.

Patrick reportedly identified her parents in her message, recalling how, during a February night, someone came to their house while she was there with her five-year-old sister.

A friend of Patrick’s stepfather shared that the teen reached out to her as well, expressing her desire to have someone speak on her behalf regarding that tragic night.

According to this friend, Patrick seemed to remember the background noise of her stepfather’s heart machine during the incident, a detail that was also noted in a comment she made online.

After being charged with two counts of murder and aggravated assault, Patrick turned herself in at the Carroll County Jail. The bodies of her parents were discovered by the couple’s young daughter, and it was reported that the 17-year-old was the one who called 911.

Investigators are still trying to piece the case together, looking for additional motives and not ruling out the potential for further arrests.

A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office mentioned that any information, even seemingly minor details, could prove crucial in unraveling the case.

If found guilty, Patrick could face a life sentence without any chance of parole.
