During Adele’s latest residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, an anti-LGBTQI+ audience member challenged her, but the British singer was quick to shut him down.
The 36-year-old pop singer-songwriter has always defended the LGBTQI+ community, and after an audience member at her Weekend with Adele show chanted “Pride sucks,” she quickly fired back with comments of her own.

Adele’s rebuttal isn’t the first time she’s actively engaged with an audience.
As reported by Breitbart News, in 2023, she challenged the audience to throw objects onstage during a recent performance, adding, “I’m going to kill you,” a reference to recent incidents in which concertgoers threw objects at the singer and assaulted her.

In a video posted to social media by a concertgoer, she was seen speaking about a recent spate of incidents of objects being thrown onto the stage during performances at her Las Vegas residency.
“Did you just realize that everybody’s forgotten show etiquette,” Adele said in the video. “See those people throwing stuff on the stage? You dare try. If you throw anything at me, I’ll kill you.”
