Charges Against Doctor Dismissed by U.S. Attorney General
On Saturday, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy made an announcement regarding the case involving doctors accused of improperly handling Covid-19 vaccines. She mentioned that the charges against Dr. Kirk Moore, a plastic surgeon, have been dropped.
Bondy stated via social media that she directed the dismissal of the charges. She emphasized that Dr. Moore had provided patients with options when the federal government was not offering them. His trial was set to start this past Monday, and he had faced severe allegations, including the destruction of over $28,000 worth of the Covid-19 vaccine and falsifying vaccination records.
Dr. Moore was indicted in January 2023 in Utah. Prosecutors alleged that he, along with three co-defendants, schemed to defraud the U.S. and the CDC.
On a related note, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene commented this week that she wrote to the Justice Department advocating for the dismissal of charges against Moore, insisting he is not a criminal but rather a hero.
