Alina Habba criticizes 'rogue judges' following a decision that she is improperly serving as New Jersey's chief prosecutor.

Alina Haba, appointed by President Trump, criticized a “fraudulent judge” for ruling that her role as the top federal prosecutor in New Jersey was illegal.

On Thursday night, Haba, who once served as Trump’s personal attorney, targeted U.S. District Judge Matthew Blanc for his decision last month, which stated that she was acting outside the law after losing her initial 120-day term.

“I am aligned with the president,” Haba asserted during her appearance on Fox News’ Hannity.

“I’m the choice of Attorney General Pam Bondi. I’m committed to serving this country to the best of my abilities, just as I’ve done in recent years.”

She was appointed as the interim U.S. attorney for New Jersey in March.

Judge Blanc, appointed by Presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama, ruled last month that Haba’s term was not legitimate.

Haba accused the unnamed judge of being an “activist” and labeled him as “fraudulent.”

“It’s concerning to see what’s happening,” she shared on Hannity.

“Attorney General Bondi described it accurately. We will not accept fraudulent judges who become political when their job is to uphold the law and respect the president.”

Despite initially being set for a 120-day role, Haba continued as the acting chief prosecutor after Bondy dismissed the prior U.S. attorney.

According to the Department of Justice, Trump later retracted Haba’s interim appointment, making the position permanent. This move allowed Haba to step into the role of U.S. attorney for New Jersey.

However, based on Judge Blanc’s ruling, it was indicated that Haba lacked legal authority to serve, especially in cases brought against two drug traffickers and a man involved in alleged multimillion-dollar investment fraud schemes.

“After considering whether she was legally fulfilling the responsibilities of the U.S. Attorney’s office in New Jersey, I concluded that she is not,” Blanc stated.
