Breitbart News noted that Ye wrote a 129-page manifesto that was reported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, leading to his arrest on Wednesday.

I don’t understand why someone would focus on being transgender. It’s not a news article. Being transgender is not a crime. It’s unfortunate that you feel that way.
The excerpt from Mr. Ye’s manifesto ends with two sentences: “My ultimate goal is to set a world record for the number of gunshot killings. If I have time, I will decapitate the victim with a knife and let the injury become fatal.”
