On Fox News Channel's “Hanity,” Trump border emperor Tom Homan doubled down in deportation efforts after New York state officials, including Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY), tried to resist these efforts.
Homan told voters of FNC host Sean Hannity that he intends to fulfill his duties with President Donald Trump.
Homan said, “[T]It's a meeting with Republican law in New York due to the status laws in New York. You know, Governor Hochul was on television nationwide after NYPD officials were assaulted. She said the same thing after a young woman was vividly burned on the subway by illegal aliens. She says, yeah, criminals should be deported. However, when Mayor Adams meets me and wants to help us arrest a criminal alien and return to Riker's Island, she tries to get off and fire him. She has a green light method in which ice officers and CBP officers cannot retrieve DMV data. When they pulled the car here they don't even know who they are, as they can't get data to the DMV because they locked them in. ”
“And if she says she needs a warrant to retrieve that data, and if they get that data, what will New York do?” he continued. “They inform the bad guy that we're investigating him. So I'm calling her here for sanctuary policy.”
“Well, I mean, not how it's not supported, but what about the supreme clause,” said Hannity. “Is this under federal government's jurisdiction?”
“That's definitely true, and that's why Pam Bondy is suing New York,” replied Homan. “We now have Pam Bondi as an AG. So, as you know, there are some issues in New York, but men and women like you just read what came out. God blesses ice men and women and the border patrols – they bring life to this country every day. President Trump is committed to seeking the worst – the worst, the serious public safety threats and national security threats, and you have a governor who doesn't share DMV data with us.
He continued. “So the job is already dangerous enough, and her actions make it even more dangerous. Again, Mayor Adams is at the table. She wants to fire New York City because she wants to make it safer against illegal foreign crimes. The Americans demanded that we take action. They gave President Trump a mandate. President Trump is going to keep his promise to the Americans.”
