WNBA star Angel Reese and Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee took to the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York on Wednesday.

Reese showcased a stylish pink bra and panty combination, accessorized with a garter and a floral wrap, while Lee dazzled in a pink crop top paired with blue boy shorts and a matching wrap.

Recently named Victoria’s Secret’s first professional athlete angel, Reese, a two-time Chicago Sky All-Star, expressed her excitement about the opportunity.

She described her participation as a “dream,” sharing the news on Instagram back in November 2024.

Before the event, Reese took pictures backstage in Victoria’s Secret’s classic pink and white striped lingerie, her hair styled in rollers.

“I feel great,” she shared during the Prime Video pre-show. “My name is Angel too, so it feels perfect. I think this was destined for me. I’m thrilled to be in a room full of such amazing models.”

Her preparation mirrored her dedication in basketball. “You trust in your effort,” she noted. “I even hired a modeling coach to refine my walk. Yesterday, I nailed it. I’m really happy and excited.”

The Reebok athlete provided a sneak peek behind the scenes through her social media. She posted a heartfelt message, saying, “Good morning. I’m already crying tears of joy,” alongside a video of her getting ready with makeup. “Morning prayer. I’m ready.”

Reese’s runway debut followed a challenging conclusion to her second WNBA season, where she faced a half-match suspension from the Sky after making critical remarks about her teammates.

In addition to Reese, Suni Lee, who recently secured her second gold medal at the Paris Games, also attended the event. Both Reese and Lee, aged 23 and 22 respectively, have made their marks in modeling, appearing in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit before. Reese debuted in 2023, while Lee made her first appearance in the magazine’s 2025 issue.
