An unnamed accuser of Jeffrey Epstein discontinued the sex trafficking lawsuit last year against Henry Jalecki, a well-known psychiatrist and co-founder, who faced allegations of slavery and other sexual misconduct.

“After submitting my anonymous allegation, I revisited the history and evidence of my past association with Dr. Jalecki and have concluded that he did not intend any harm toward me.

“I now recognize that I was not referred to Dr. Jalecki by Jeffrey Epstein,” she stated. “As a result, I have retracted my complaint and will not provide further comments on this matter.”

A notice for voluntary dismissal was filed Friday in the Southern District of New York – indicating that under the present circumstances, she cannot reinstate the claims, according to court documents.

Jalecki, a long-time Yale professor, author, and billionaire metal trader since the ’90s, has consistently labeled the allegations as “patently false,” alongside his career as a revered psychiatrist in New York City.

“Over ten years ago, during my successful career in my late 20s, unfounded accusations were levied against me by a lawyer seeking compensation on behalf of a woman I had a non-secret, mutually respectful relationship with over a decade ago.” “I have never engaged in any abusive conduct toward her or anyone else. I challenge these blatantly false claims through proper channels.”

The former model, identified only as Doe, alleged that Epstein assaulted her at his posh Gramercy Park residence after she was referred to him for a depression consultation.

Following a decrease in lawsuits, the woman arrived in the US for employment in 2010 and soon became involved in the Epstein narrative. After she alleged he had sexually assaulted her, he directed her to “the best doctor in New York City” for mental health evaluation.

In addition to other allegations, she recently withdrew the claim that from 2011 to 2014, Jalecki gained full control over her life and treated her as a contemporary sex slave.

His lawyer has not yet responded to a request for comments on the matter as of Monday.
