Footage taken on Monday shows a crowd waving Palestinian flags and shouting “shame!”. A lone figure waving the Israeli flag.
This man is undaunted and continues to fly the Israeli flag. But he began to back away when another demonstrator began covering him with a Palestinian flag, prompting cheers from the crowd.
The scene was filmed around Hunter College, near where the star-studded Met Gala was being held.
