The ProTrump Group has changed its name after President Donald Trump's proposal that the US will “take over” Gaza. The group, previously known as Arab Americans for Trump, now runs under Arab American names for peace.

“The US will take over the Gaza Strip, and we will use it to work,” Trump said at a joint press conference Tuesday evening. “We own it, and we are responsible for dismantling all bombs and other weapons that are dangerous on the site.”
The president emphasized the need to “do something different” in Gaza, where Hamas and Israel fought for almost 16 months.
“If we come back, it's going to end like it did in 100 years,” Trump warned at a press conference.
Trump's plan to build “economic development” in the war-torn Gaza Strip is full of mixed reactions. The group now known as Arab Americans for Peace is far from rejecting the idea. Senator Rand Paul, R-Ky. denounced Trump's proposal, saying he didn't put “America's first.”
Hamas, whose October 7th massacre launched its latest war with Israel, called Trump's proposal “a recipe for creating confusion.” A terrorist group that has ruled Gaza since 2006, a year after Israel gave up on its land and expelled its citizens from the area.

Prime Minister Netanyahu praised Trump's ideas when he appeared on “Hornity” on Wednesday.
