Robbie continued to test the coffee maker regularly, but he already knew his wife was trying to kill him.

Johnson remains in the Pima County Jail on $250,000 bail and is charged with attempted murder, attempted aggravated assault and adulterating food or drink with poison, according to online records.
Johnson requested a lawyer as soon as he was taken into custody, but was not questioned.
The judge ruled that Johnson is a flight risk because he has family in the Philippines and will require a high bail amount.
