Search for Suspect in Arkansas Double Murder

Arkansas State Police have released sketches of a suspect related to the murder of a couple at Devil’s Den State Park. Thankfully, their two young daughters, who were present at the time, remain unharmed.

On Monday, authorities shared a composite sketch of a man wearing a baseball cap, described as a “person of interest” in the incident. They characterized him as a white man with a medium build, dressed in a long-sleeved shirt with rounded sleeves, dark pants, sunglasses, fingerless gloves, and carrying a black backpack.

Police reported that the suspect was seen driving away from the park in a black four-door sedan, likely a Mazda. The license plate was apparently covered with tape. They suggested the vehicle might be traveling along routes 170 or 220 in the state.

This is a composite sketch of a suspect in a brutal double murder last weekend in Washington County, Arkansas. His vehicle may be a Mazda with license plates covered in electric or duct tape. Law enforcement is working overtime to track him down and needs your help.

Authorities confirmed that Clinton Brink, 43, and his wife, 41, were found dead Saturday afternoon along a walking trail in the park. The couple’s two daughters, aged 9 and 7, were nearby but thankfully left uninjured and are now safe with relatives.

While details surrounding the couple’s death remain scarce, state police indicated that the suspect may have sustained injuries during the attack.

Families are requesting privacy during this challenging time as they come to terms with the tragedy. They ask anyone with relevant information to reach out to the appropriate authorities.

Investigators are encouraging anyone who visited the park on Saturday to review any photos or videos they may have captured, including from GoPro cameras. They’ve also requested local residents check for any security camera footage that could assist in the investigation.
