A U.S. Army officer assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency has resigned from his post in protest of U.S. support for Israel in the war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
The Army confirmed to Fox News that Maj. Harrison Mann submitted his resignation in November.
“The policy that has stuck with me for the past six months is the near-unconditional support for the Israeli government that enabled and empowered the murder and starvation of tens of thousands of innocent Palestinians,” Mann said. wrote on his LinkedIn page. recently.

Mann was commissioned into the Army in 2011 as an infantry officer and is currently assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Bolling Air Force Base as a foreign area officer, according to a statement from the U.S. Army Public Affairs Office.
The Army said Mann was deployed to Tunisia, Bahrain, Kuwait and South Korea during his active duty.
