Astronomer HR chief Kristin Cabot spotted snuggling with boss Andy Byron on Coldplay jumbotron, boasted about her ability to 'gain the trust of CEOs'

Christine Cabott, the newly appointed Chief Human Resources Officer, was spotted with her boss, CEO Andy Byron, during a Coldplay concert on Wednesday. They were there while a playful moment unfolded, showcasing what she claims is “trust with employees at every level,” similar to Byron’s approach.

Cabott stepped into her role last November, and both she and Byron are married. She stated on LinkedIn, “I set an example at all levels—CEO, manager, assistant.”

Reflecting on her conversations with Andy Byron and the leadership team, she shared her excitement about the potential for career development at the company. “I prefer thinking about aligning people’s roles with business strategies—real magic happens when that connection is made,” she later noted in another post.

This is the latest in CEO news.

Byron praised Cabott’s abilities, mentioning her “extraordinary leadership” and her expertise in managing talent. He added that her experience in various growth stages and her commitment to fostering diverse workplaces is an excellent match for their team.

During the concert, Cabott and Byron unexpectedly found themselves in a moment that caught the attention of the crowd—a kiss cam moment that surprised them both.

In a flurry, the CEO ducked out of the shot, blending into the throng of 55,000 fans, trying to hide her face in her hands.

Coldplay’s lead singer, Chris Martin, humorously remarked about the situation before the camera quickly shifted to another group in the audience.
