Astronomer HR leader claimed she builds trust with CEOs before embracing her married boss at a Coldplay concert.

She claimed she would “earn trust” from her CEO but was later seen in a cozy embrace with Andy Byron, the HR chief of her company, Christine Cabot.

In her LinkedIn bio, she characterized herself as a “fearless change agent,” emphasizing her role in building trust with employees across various levels, from top executives to assistants.

Cabot, who calls herself a leader of “passionate people,” stated that she prides herself on aligning the organization’s people with its values while also creating innovative systems and processes.

During a Coldplay concert in Boston on Wednesday, Cabot was caught in a public display of affection with Byron. Upon realizing they were on the “Kiss Cam,” they quickly attempted to cover their faces in embarrassment.

“Look at these two,” Martin remarked, with a hint of humor, as Cabot turned away. “Either they’re cheating or just really shy.”

The astronomer did not reply to Page Six’s request for comments.

This incident has sparked conversations across the country, and Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, made a statement on her Facebook page regarding allegations of her husband’s misconduct.

Additionally, there are resurfaced claims portraying Byron as a difficult employer. Reports indicate that several former employees claimed he would threaten those who opposed him, raising concerns about his management style during his tenure at a tech company in 2017.

The report stated that it was challenging to challenge him, according to ex-employees, with further details shared in various business and technology outlets.

Cabot has been with the company since November 2024. Meanwhile, Megan has since deleted her Facebook account following the incident.

Chris Martin, performing that night, addressed the unfolding drama, hoping he “didn’t do anything wrong” during the concert.

In a statement regarding Cabot’s hiring, the CEO praised her leadership and expertise in talent management, noting her passion for fostering diverse and supportive workplaces.
