On Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office announced that the surgery was “successful without any complications.”

He is in good condition and fully conscious,” the statement, translated from Hebrew to English, said. “The Prime Minister has now been transferred to a secure underground recovery unit. A week after being hospitalized for dehydration, Netanyahu's doctors implanted a pacemaker to regulate his heart rate and rhythm.
