Biden abortion rally in Virginia interrupted by multiple protesters: ‘Genocide Joe’

President Joe Biden was interrupted multiple times during an abortion rights rally in Manassas, Virginia, on Tuesday.

Mr. Biden shared the stage with Vice President Kamala Harris and their respective spouses, First Lady Jill Biden and Vice President Doug Emhoff.

Several demonstrators interrupted Biden during his speech to shout and criticize the administration's response to Israel's ongoing ground offensive in Gaza.

Shortly after he began speaking, a male demonstrator holding a Palestinian flag shouted, “How many children have you killed?” As security guards escorted the protesters, they were drowned out by a crowd chanting “Four more years!”

Mr. Biden began speaking again, but was quickly interrupted by another woman, a demonstrator, shouting, “Israel kills two mothers in an hour.”

A second demonstrator was also removed as the pro-Biden crowd again chanted “four more years.”

Biden continued speaking, but kept getting interrupted. In the end, more than a dozen demonstrators interrupted the president's remarks, shouting slogans such as “Stop funding genocide!” and “Genocide Joe has to go!”

“This is going to go on for a while. They planned this,” the Democratic president said as demonstrators were escorted out one by one.

The chaotic rally was held on the same day as the Republican primary in New Hampshire, where President Trump is expected to tighten his grip on the party's presidential nomination.

The day also comes the day after the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court case that legalized abortion for nearly 50 years until it was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court in the summer of 2022. Ta.

Biden and the Democratic Party delivered a consequential reversal of their rallying cry for re-election.

“He's betting that we won't hold him accountable,” Biden said of Trump in front of hundreds of cheering supporters. “He's betting you won't care.”

“But guess what?” he added. “I'm sure he's wrong. I'm sure you won't forget.”
