Biden administration sues Texas over migrant arrest law

The Biden administration sued the state of Texas on Wednesday over a new law that would allow authorities to arrest immigrants who enter the country illegally.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, follows the Department of Justice's threat last week to take legal action against Republican Gov.
