President Joe Biden on Monday responded to the International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant against Israeli officials over the Gaza war, claiming Biden was furious that President Donald Trump’s executive order against the ICC was revoked.
Biden was reacting to the announcement Monday that the ICC is seeking warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Job Gallant, as well as three Hamas terrorist leaders.

The application by the ICC prosecutor for an arrest warrant against Israeli leaders is outrageous. And let me be clear: no matter what this prosecutor says, there is no equivalence between Israel and Hamas. We will always support Israel and stand against threats to its security.
But in April 2021, Biden effectively gave the ICC permission to pursue Israeli and American soldiers and leaders for alleged “war crimes” in the fight against radical Islamic terrorists.
As Breitbart News reported on Monday, Biden in April 2021 revoked President Trump’s June 2020 executive order that imposed sanctions on the ICC for attempting to investigate U.S. and allied soldiers who are not parties to the ICC.
in statement At the time, Secretary of State Antony Blinken acknowledged the ICC’s anti-American and anti-Israel bias. But he professed expectations for “engagement with all stakeholders” and “wide-ranging reforms” at the ICC.
Those reforms did not materialize.
One of the lawyers consulted regarding the ICC arrest warrant was Amal Clooney, the wife of Hollywood star George Clooney.

The Clooneys are planning to host a “star-studded LA fundraiser” for Biden next month.
