Biden Could Not Remember When He Was Vice President or When Son Beau Died

President Joe Biden does not remember when he was vice president or when his son Beau died, according to special counsel Robert Hur’s final report.

The report essentially asserted, “We have found evidence that President Biden intentionally retained and disclosed classified materials after becoming Vice President and while a civilian.” It emphasizes memory loss and does not ultimately prove guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

“Furthermore, Mr. Biden’s memory was significantly limited in both his recorded interview with his ghostwriter in 2017 and his interview with our office in 2023,” the report reads in part.

The report continues:

And his cooperation with our investigation, including telling the government that documents related to Afghanistan were in his garage in Delaware, led some jurors to believe that he intentionally, with the intent to break the law. They will convince you that you did not act in a way that was wrong, but that you made an innocent mistake. As required by law.

The report also described Biden as a “sympathetic and well-meaning older man with a poor memory.” In fact, Biden can’t even remember when he was vice president or when his son died, the report added.

“In interviews with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was even worse. He didn’t remember when he was vice president, and he forgot his first day of interviews when his term ended. (“If it was 2013, when did you stop being vice president?”), and on the second day of the interview, he forgot when his term ended. “His term has begun (‘2009, Am I Still Vice President?’),” his report revealed.

“He did not remember when his son Beau died, even years later,” the report added.

The report further added: Biden’s lawyers discovered that the classified documents in the garage were a damaged and opened box containing numerous hanging folders, file folders and binders. The box was… in a mess.”

Donald Trump Jr. is among those who question why Biden is considered worthy of remaining president by Democrats, even though he is considered mentally ill.
