President Joe Biden’s performance in Thursday’s debate was “so bad” that mainstream media is having a hard time covering him, Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) said. Breitbart News Daily.
Blackburn told the outlet the morning after Thursday’s debate that America had seen “a very weak Joe Biden.”
“His failed presidency meant he was unable to defend his record and was dishonest in his answers,” the Tennessee senator explained.

“Looking at what he said about the border, Iran, Ukraine and the fraud that was there, a lot of people made their decisions last night. And from what I’m hearing, the Democrats are in complete disarray and it’ll be interesting to see what they’re going to do,” she said, explaining that despite their panic, their rules “don’t actually allow them to nominate someone else to put it on the ballot.”
“So I don’t know how they’re going to handle this, but if you have the major media outlets like CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, they can’t even report on his behalf. They can’t report on it because it’s so bad,” she said.

But former President Donald Trump gave “the greatest debate performance of all time,” Blackburn said.
“He was powerful, he was focused and he spoke about leadership. He talked about his career, what he’s accomplished, what life was like under President Trump and he laid out his vision for what he’ll do in the future,” she said.
“That’s exactly what the American people wanted to see, and you know, Joe Biden is our president. He could have defended his record, he didn’t, he should have had the vision to tell the American people why he deserves four more years of office, he didn’t. So the debate was a failure for him,” she concluded.
