President Joe Biden suggested on Tuesday that he looks forward to seeing former President Donald Trump go to jail, shortly after Vice President Kamala Harris warned that Trump would prosecute his opponents.
Mr. Biden said this at a Harris rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
And everyone, please take a look. This is the same man who is being held liable for $83 million for sexual assault and defamation, and this is the same man for sexual assault and defamation. Roe V. Wadethree other big cases await him when the same man loses. By the way, so far he had to serve sentences for 34 felonies. He was sentenced back, but I would like to see that sentence. Look, Donald Trump isn't running for you. He's running for himself. I think he is running to escape from prison.

Previously, The Breakfast Clubwith host “God Charlamagne”, Harris warned:
Harris: Donald Trump has made it very clear that he intends to weaponize the Justice Department against his political opponents. [sic]. He's made it very clear that he's going to get rid of the independents that are there and replace them with his own supporters. [sic]. So, again, know what you're talking about. Because this really goes back to your point about threats to our democracy. Donald Trump will infiltrate the Justice Department and manipulate it to be used as a weapon against his political opponents.
Charlamagne: Yeah, if he comes back as president, he's going to lock you all up.
HARRIS: Well, by the way, he's going to — look at what he says. I don't think you, as a journalist, should be so sure that:
Charlamagne: 100 percent.
HARRIS: Journalists, judges, others — and you know who does that? Dictators do that. Other countries are doing it too.
The irony is that Democratic prosecutors elected at the Justice Department and at the state level have been prosecuting Trump for years in highly questionable and, according to critics, partisan cases.
President Trump's “34 felonies” are related to payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels (née Stephanie Crawford) as part of a legal non-disclosure agreement. George Soros-backed prosecutor Alvin Bragg argued that Trump failed to report the payments as federal campaign expenses. The conviction is considered likely to be overturned on appeal. (Based on the same criteria, Harris or her husband, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, may not have been allowed to pay a former nanny as part of a non-disclosure agreement regarding an affair with the nanny that ended their first marriage.) may be prosecuted).
Biden also admitted that he improperly influenced the Justice Department to prosecute protesters who took part in the riot at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. I'm saying He said he hoped the ministry would “track them down and pursue criminal charges.”
“I didn't say it properly,” he later said. admitted On CNN.
