After Donald Trump took office, Joe Biden disappeared from the scene for a while. Most people thought he would step down from politics completely and spend his days putting around his Rehoboth Beach Retreat.
But apparently he still leaves a little gas in the tank – literally.
On April 15th, at the 2025 national conference of disability advocates, counselors and representatives in Chicago, Biden gave his first speech since leaving the White House. In it, he defended Social Security, accused President Trump of cutting the program, and claimed that Social Security damage was “breathing.”
But not everything he did. Rick Burgess from “The Rick Burgess Show” plays the most persistent and surprising clip from his speech.

The blunder began soon. Biden began with his speech before his walkout song finished performing. The video shows him leaving while the music completely owns his voice.
“He’s not just saying, ‘Hey, it’s fine to be here.’ He goes into the speech,” laughs Rick.
“I’m not completely aware,” Greg Burges sighed.
As the music was cut and people could actually hear him, Biden spoke about Scranton, Pennsylvania. He changed in fourth grade when he saw “children with colour on the bus,” claiming that he had “lols of black people in Scranton” as a child.
Rick suspects this story was do not have With a teleprompter.
Biden continued to stumble over a few lines about the Disabled Americans Act before perhaps the most embarrassing moment of his career took place.
In the middle sound, a noise suddenly rang out on the microphone, which could only be described as a fart. There are many theories about that. Some claim that the scooter chair from the camera is the source of the sound. Others believe that the troll added noise before circulating through the video. And there are people who believe that Biden actually farted during his speech.
The panel monitors several versions of clips, including those aired on ABC News, and the sound is barely denied.
Regardless of the truth, Rick, Greg and Calvin Wilburn can’t help but laugh.
“I sneaked a bit of cheeks out there, but there was a little more volume than I thought,” Rick ocked.
