Justin Bardoni's team called for Blake Lively's attempt to dismiss the actor's lawsuit.
Lively asked the court to dismiss Bardoni's case in a motion filed Thursday, denounced the “Gossip Girl” retaliation and honour-losing star.
“Riley's recent move to dismiss herself from the self-intimate disaster she launched is one of the most abominable examples of abuse of our legal system,” Bardoni's lawyer, Brian Friedman, told Fox News Digital in a statement. “Strict rules have been introduced to protect innocent people and enable individuals to justify themselves. The law is not intended to be twisted and curated by privileged elites to fit their personal agenda.”
“As we said [March 19] In response to Mr. Reynolds' same co-ill measures, we will continue to take lively responsibility for purely malicious behavior, including falsely denouncement of harassment and retaliation from our clients. Her fantastical claims are quickly exposed as discoveries progress and are easily disproved with actual evidence of evidence,” his statement concluded.

Fox News Digital has asked the Lively team for comment.
Lively's legal team allegedly used his $400 million lawsuit as a “blunt spokesman” designed to promote an actor's “sinister campaign” to destroy the actor's “It Ending,” according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
Bardoni was originally lively due to retaliation and honour loss after accusing the actress of sexually harassing her while filming the film based on a novel by Colleen Hoover of the same name.
“This case is a deep abuse of a legal process that has no place in federal court,” Lively lawyers Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson said in a statement shared previously with Fox News Digital.
“Currently, California law expressly prohibits sue victims who make decisions to speak out against sexual harassment or retaliation, whether in lawsuits, reports or reports. In a frivolous claim of honor and loss against the studio, and Mr Damage, in other words, an attempt to sue lively “forgetfulness” only brings more responsibility for them.

Currently requested by Lively's legal team Bardoni's lawsuit will be dismissed.
“In short, there's nothing in the FAC. [first amended complaint] It's similar to a viable legal claim. “The court should dismiss the FAC and, if required by California law, further proceed and calculate Mr. Lively's attorney's fees, triple damages for the harm this futile lawsuit has inflicted on her, and punitive damages against the respective road parties.”
