Blue sanctuary state operating as ‘control’ center for vicious migrant gang

According to the DEA's representative, Deep Blue Colorado's LAX immigration policy helps Tren de Aragua, one of America's most vicious immigration gangs, use the state as a “order and control” center.

Representatives from the DEA Rocky Mountain Division were confirmed in a FOX News statement by Deputy DEA Administrator Derek Maltz on a local outlet Denver 7Martz said Colorado is “Ground Zero for some of America's most violent criminals.”

Tren de Aragua, also known for its acronym “TDA,” is a violent Venezuelan crime group linked to some of America's most awful crimes in recent years, including the murder of nursing student Laken Riley and the capture of an apartment building in Aurora, Colorado.

On his first day in office, President Donald Trump signed an executive order directing the State Department to designate the TDA as a “foreign terrorist organization.”

“Now we are learning that the command and management of TDAs across the United States is in Colorado,” Marz told the outlet.

He said the information is based on new intelligence from “the men and women on the frontlines and what we see.”

Martz said democratic Colorado law allowed TDA and other criminals to “use vulnerabilities and weaknesses” to perpetuate their crimes.

“Anyone who opens borders to enemies around the world and thinks they don't even know if they're coming into our community, the people in this state have allowed illegal violent criminals here at a record level,” he added.

Martz urged state leaders to stop playing politics and instead helped bring violent criminal immigrants out of the streets.

“Politics has to stop. This is not a red or blue issue. This is a red, white or blue issue,” he said. “You have to start thinking about citizens first.”

Marz also had some very pointy words to those trying to get in the way or trying to block the federal government's crackdown on immigrants.

“And instead of sitting at home and becoming a critic “Monday morning quarterback” you're not thanking law enforcement? ” he asked. “Why not ask Colorado politicians why they aren't united and why they are fighting the power of good that chases evil?”

“Wake up and pay attention,” he continued. “Talking to citizens who can't leave their homes on nights when gunshots are coming, talking to people being forced to, talking to people being lured and raped, talking to people who are being affected every day.”

Despite criticism, Martz said the federal government is taking a “dot-connected” approach to ultimately cracking down on TDA and other immigrant offenders, regardless of Colorado's laws.

“We are proud to report now that we are violent gangs like Cartel, MS-13 and Tren de Aragua. They are responsible and already accountable,” he said.

“There's a warning for TDA members,” he added.

“The DEA team is a team that has worked with partners from the FBI, ATF, HSI, Iceero and our state and local counterparts to seriously embrace public safety and national security and have already proven they can,” he said. “So they're not welcome here in Colorado, so they'd better go and find another state.”

Eric Maruyama, president of Colorado Governor Jared Police, responded to Martz's statement by telling Fox News Digital that he “always work with the DEA in criminal investigations and to understand whether violent criminals and fugitives are legal or illegal here.”

Maruyama instead took responsibility for the federal crisis, saying, “The reality is that for years, Congress and the federal government have not been able to fix our broken immigration system, secure borders, and establish a path to citizenship for the people.”

“The Governor of Police is focusing on improving public safety, signing a comprehensive law to crack down on illegal gun crimes, taking fentanyl from the streets, recruiting and maintaining more law enforcement,” he argued. “When it comes to criminal investigations and prosecutions, Colorado will work closely with all federal partners in accordance with state and federal law to combat crime and enhance public safety.”
