A disturbing video shows the moment a vengeful son shoots his father’s suspected murderer dead in the middle of a courtroom.

Footage from inside the courtroom shows Telt pointing a .38-caliber revolver at De Moura, who is sitting just a few steps away from the jury and his attorney, and lunging forward, striking at least one person as he charges. Two shots are seen being fired.
As the vengeful Telt unleashes his anger on de Moura, the rest of the courtroom descends into chaos as the jury and courtroom members scatter.
Telt then fired another volley at close range as de Moura staggered to the ground to protect himself from the hail of bullets.
De Moura fled behind a desk and Telt continued firing until all six shooters were empty.
Moments later, Mr. de Moura fell to the floor behind the judge’s bench, before Mr. Telt ran around and furiously struck him twice in the head with the gun, the video shows.
The son then fled the courtroom with the gun, while two women who tried to separate him were seen panicking in disbelief as De Moura beat him. .
He was then tracked down by police and arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, the Pernambuco military police told CNN Brazil.
The disturbing incident occurred on Nov. 29, but video of the shooting was not released to the public until Monday. Telt was confined the next day and remained in prison ever since.
De Moura was rushed to a local hospital and survived the gunshot wound, but he was quickly transferred to another facility about 400 miles away from the courthouse.
The son attempted to kill his father’s alleged killer after De Moura allegedly shot and killed his father, Francisco Alves, at their home in Lagoa Alexandre in October 2012.
De Moura is said to have confessed to killing Telt’s father, who had gone out to look for a donkey that had wandered off his property.
Alves was at the farm when De Moura came to ask about the missing livestock, and the murdered father allegedly told him: “Get off my property, you dirty little thief.” . Sun.
The paper said Alves grabbed a wooden stick and walked towards de Moura, and when he got close, de Moura pulled out a gun and fired a warning shot.
When the father did not stop, de Moura fired two more warning shots and then punched Alves in the abdomen.
According to The Sun, Alves was rushed to hospital but died 18 days later.
De Moura fled from Lagoa Alexandre to the city of Salgueiro, about 320 miles away, but was eventually arrested by police.
It is unclear how long de Moura remained on Lamb before he was captured, or what caused the nearly 12-year delay in his trial for the crime.
A statement from the court Tuesday said Mr. de Moura was “alive and free” after the shooting incident involving Mr. Telt.
As for Mr de Moura’s trial for Alves’ murder, it remains unclear how long it will last.
“The jury has not been reconvened and a new date has not yet been assigned,” the Pernambuco Justice Court said in a statement regarding de Moura’s first trial. This was reported by local Brazilian media.
