Caitlin Clark Scored 5 Points in 14 Seconds During Third Consecutive Win

Anyone who thinks Caitlin Clark can only shoot three-pointers (looking at you, Chennedy Carter) will need to quickly reevaluate their opinion.

On Wednesday night against the Mystics, Clark recorded his sixth win of the year and third consecutive, completing an impressive feat with a 3-pointer from the team logo followed by a steal and a layup.

Five points in 14 seconds.

X users were quick to respond.

Defenders don’t normally have to defend a shot from the logo, but Clark’s range and ability to score from almost anywhere beyond half court forces opponents to spread out, creating opportunities for Clark and his teammates.

The Fever defeated the Mystics 88 to 81. Indiana is currently in fourth place in the WNBA’s Eastern Conference, one spot above rivals Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky.

Caitlin Clark isn’t the best player in the league. That title still belongs to A’ja Wilson. But she’s still so good. As a newcomer It’s scary. She’s only just getting started.
