Wealthy California residents living in a suburban Beverly Hills neighborhood are reportedly furious after their $5 million home was broken into by squatters, sparking a wild party.

Beverly Grove is home to the elite of California’s elite. A-list celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and LeBron James, entrepreneurs, hedge fund investors, heirs and studio executives own homes on the quiet cul-de-sac. That was until squatters moved in in October and local residents began complaining about them allegedly holding “wild parties” with “cocaine and orgies.”

“A neighbor contacted LeBron James’ property manager and was told that James was extremely concerned,” the report said.

“I wasn’t born yesterday,” said Rick Rankin, a tech entrepreneur who lives nearby. “They were nervous, their eyes were rolling. They were obviously staring at something.”

“You are not my new neighbor. Leave yourself,” the producer replied.

The ordeal began when John A. Woodward IV, a real estate agent who owns a $5 million home, was notified by one of Poole’s employees that a U-Haul truck had stopped. A representative immediately headed to the property. He noticed that the locks had been changed and the FOR SALE sign was gone.
