The identities of the three people who died after the car they were in plunged off a cliff in California on Friday have been released.
Authorities said 29-year-old Mohamed Nouri and 28-year-old Angelica Gacho, both of San Francisco, were found in the wreckage. The San Mateo County Coroner’s Office also identified 36-year-old Brilyn Aloma of Fort Riley, Kansas, as one of the victims, according to local reports.
According to KGO-TV, around 11:40 a.m., a gray two-door sedan was reported to have gone off Highway 1 in San Mateo County and fallen off a cliff near the Tom Lantos Tunnel.
The highway was closed for a while as a result of the accident, but has since reopened.

High tide conditions and cold water temperatures hampered recovery efforts on Friday, and the car was recovered on Saturday, they said. KTVU Fox 2.

The cause of the accident has not yet been released, and Fox News reached out to the California Highway Patrol for more details but did not immediately receive a response.
