For the first time, the tragic resting place of Celeste Abigail Rivas Hernandez, a 15-year-old girl whose remains were found in a Tesla in Hollywood, has been disclosed.
Her grave, located at Queen of Heaven Cemetery and Mortuary in Rowland Heights, features a polished black granite tombstone that honors her memory. The design highlights a somber portrait of Celeste, symbolizing the Virgin of Guadalupe and an angel, surrounded by delicately etched butterflies.
While most of the markers are black and white, the image of Celeste appears to be generated by AI.
In September, authorities discovered Hernandez’s dismembered body inside an abandoned Tesla belonging to 20-year-old David Anthony Burke, known as D4vd, found on a property in the Hollywood Hills.
She had been reported missing from Lake Elsinore in early 2024, and investigators suspect she could have been deceased for weeks before being placed in the trunk of the vehicle.
Recently, a well-known Twitch streamer, associated with the musician, was apprehended at his mother’s residence in Montana for allegedly skipping a court appearance connected to a Los Angeles murder probe.
Neo Langston, 23, was arrested on January 22 due to an undisclosed warrant from the Los Angeles Police Department. Court documents show he was taken in for avoiding his obligation to testify in a murder investigation.
Some have pointed out lyrics from one of D4vd’s unreleased songs that mention a past relationship with someone named Celeste, along with matching tattoos and a Twitch stream featuring a girl resembling her.
A grand jury is already involved in the case, and several witnesses have come forward. One witness was deemed “uncooperative” after a confrontational exchange between a prosecutor and the witness’s attorney.
It remains unclear if Langston is the reluctant witness in question, though he was released after posting a $60,000 bail shortly after his arrest.
D4vd was once thought to be cooperating with authorities. However, recent information suggests that he has become a person of interest in the investigation.
As of Thursday, no official charges had been brought against Burke, who has largely remained quiet on social media following the abrupt cancellation of his tour amidst the ongoing scandal.
