He said he supports diversity, which is an individual component of DEI. Fairness, or thinly veiled communism. and inclusivity — Charlamagne tha God said its implementation was corrupted by companies bent on “covering their butts” in case of discrimination lawsuits.

DEI is “like black people” little mermaid. Just because racists hate it doesn’t mean it’s good,” Charlamagne Tha God joked.
“And I know I’m right, because we’ve all been in a diversity training session and thought, this is bullshit.”
In this segment, Charlamagne Tha God played multiple clips of conservative commentators slamming DEI.
“Honestly, I’m not surprised these programs didn’t work. Here’s why: It’s just corporate PR. They want good vibes. They want their own I want to cover my butt,” he said, adding, “It’s the legal system’s ‘I have a black friend.’”
Charlamagne the God used his radio show breakfast club He repeatedly bashed President Joe Biden, calling him a “shitty elected official” and saying he would not support his re-election.
He also said he felt his defense of Vice President Kamala Harris in 2020 backfired on listeners.
At the same time, he slandered supporters of former President Donald Trump as racists, claiming they “want white supremacy to reign.”
