Clinton Daydreams About “Goodbye, Trump”

Hillary Clinton took to Instagram on Saturday to share her thoughts during a recent event, expressing a whimsical wish for a “Goodbye, Trump” announcement, indicating that President Donald Trump has “passed away.” She described it as a moment of daydreaming.

In her post, Clinton also shared a video from a November 18 conversation she had with historian Heather Cox Richardson and actor Lin-Manuel Miranda, titled “History Has Eyes on Us.” On X, she captioned the clip, mentioning that if an unexpected announcement disrupts an event, it’s easy to fantasize about “Goodbye Trump.”

During the video, Clinton proposed the idea of a massive national sound system that everyone could hear, allowing citizens to wake up and collectively understand, “Attention, attention. Problem found, problem solved. He’s gone.” This thought earned her applause from the audience.

In a separate but related note, Democrats and some media insiders expressed outrage over Trump’s plans to raze the East Wing of the White House to build a banquet hall.

Clinton emphasized at the event that their gathering was aimed at supporting a new wave against what she perceives as a growing “intolerance and brutality.” She did not shy away from critiquing Trump since her defeat in the 2016 presidential election.

Recently, Clinton commented on Trump’s construction of the banquet hall, stating, “this is not his home,” and added, “It’s your home and he’s destroying it.” Her remarks drew attention as conservatives revisited a past incident from 2001, when the Clintons returned over $28,000 worth of items after concerns arose about gifts for White House property.
